A new and exciting career development opportunity has arisen for passionate individual to join our Engineering team. This new role involves providing support in workshops/ classrooms and maintaining safe learning environments. Coaching and learning through the delivery of classes, to practise and master skills and the development of students’ understanding through the delivery of broadly differentiated learning.
The successful candidate will have professional experience in a relevant engineering sector. Ideally the candidate will have experience delivering practical skills, delivering learning and experience of quality and self-assessment initiatives.
You will also possess high quality written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills, together with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and challenge in a supportive manner.
