St Clare’s College is a Catholic secondary school, located in South Canberra, and caters for girls in Years 7 to 12. The school is currently seeking a Technologies Teacher Assistant to join the staff. The successful applicant will primarily support the Technologies faculty, which delivers curriculum in IT, textiles, food, graphic design, and design technology. The successful applicant will have sound interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy collaborative team work.  

This is an ongoing part-time position commencing 11 June 2019 or sooner if possible. You will be working 15 hours per week during school term time and professional development weeks. This position is classified as a Classroom Learning Support Averaged Level 4.1, the full-time rate of pay for this position is $56,614 per annum. A pro rata amount will be paid for part-time appointments.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CE policy.
