Temporary: Workplacement Program Manager | AlFuttaim L&D | Dubai

About the Role:

To formulate, create and manage an experiential work placement program as a learning enrichment approach for high school students, simulating a full performance management cycle, and coordinate with support group of school key persons, L&D key persons, and HR and business key persons to facilitate the full process and program

Key Responsibilites;

Full program design and delivery which includes but no limited too:

Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process for the program

Creation of engagement activities; to compliment the learning process, with support groups from different corporate functions to support in sharing best practices, knowledge and tips for guidance for program participants

Construct structured learning developmental tracks including but not limited to:

Assist in the formulation of assignment programs for students from to day to day work with a technical business coach (Manager) for guidance

Coordinate with various members of the Education Division and Business Leaders to integrate learning activities and tools with competencies assimilated

Formulate assessments and sourcing of assessment vendors

Create a “Learning Experience Application Personal-Book” and various other hand out material to compliment the learning experience

Budget and Quality

Education:

Instructional design certification

Project Management Certification

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Learning and Development or a related field is an added value

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

Consultancy background (ability to design, facilitate and summarize curriculum building workshops)

Previous experience in the development of training packages development

Experience in building graduate programs or Hi-Po tracks

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

Technical Skills:

Expert level in Microsoft-office

Language Skills:

English is a must,

Arabic or other languages are an added value
