We are looking to recruit a well-qualified Spanish graduate to support pupils in their conversation skills, working with small groups of pupils alongside the main Senior School classroom teachers. The post is for approximately 28 hours per week and for 6 months in the first instance, although this could be extended for the right candidate. The role of an assistant is usually held by a native level Spanish speaker.
The successful candidate will be expected, as the main part of their duties:
· to teach Spanish in an interesting and challenging manner, to enable each pupil to realise his/her potential;
· to stimulate and foster enthusiasm for Spanish within the School;
· to work together with a teacher in the classroom during Spanish lessons;
· to adhere to all School policies and procedures (e.g. Child Protection, Health and Safety) including all School and Departmental educational policies.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
