Loughborough College is looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Timetables, Registers and Student Records Officer to work in the Information Services department.
The role will involve assisting in providing an efficient timetabling and register system to the College, and for supporting staff in the effective use of such systems. You will be responsible for processing room requests and bookings, resolving queries and registering input and updates to ensure an efficient service. You will process requests for changes to student and enrolment data in a timely and efficient way, whilst maintaining data integrity and consistency.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in data and systems to develop knowledge and experience. The ideal candidate will have experience of College Management Information Systems or a similar system environment and be proficient in the use of Information Technology (including Microsoft Office). You will also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise conflicting workloads, always working accurately and effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
This position is a fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave.
