R.E.A.L Education provides both independent special schools placements and market leading alternative education for children and young people in the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire area. Our independent school won the Education Today school of the year in 2022 and over the last 15 years we have built a reputation we are proud of.

Our Business Operations team is searching for an exceptional Timetable Coordinator, at an exciting time for R.E.A.L. Education. We need someone who will be responsible for leading to the set-up and delivery of timetabling processes alongside with supporting employees' effective and innovative deployment. Moreover the post holder will coordinate and maintain the learner data on the timetable system and will be responsible for the weekly publishing of the timetable to all staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and an experience of providing administrative support or coordination ideally of an academic timetable and have an awareness and adherence to confidentiality.

In addition to your 30 days holiday entitlement and paid bank holidays, we will offer you 5 days paid dependency leave a year, access to the company’s Westfield Health Scheme and provide Life Assurance cover. You will have access to our Talent Management Pathway programme which will support your professional development within the role as well as your broader career objectives.

This role will require some travel to and from all Real Education sites, therefore a full driving licence and access to a road-worthy vehicle is important.
