Trainee IT Support Technician

36.42 hours per week, Monday to Friday

One year contract

We require a technician to provide 1st line support and advice to users of the college computer systems and be the first point of contact for people needing help from the ILT team, working with others in the team to resolve issues.

The role would suit applicants who are looking to start their career in IT and are willing to learn about our college systems. You should be enthusiastic, dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, 10 and Office 2013/2016 is highly desirable.
