We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join the Science department, at our very successful rural school.
If you would like to work in a friendly environment and have a desire to help colleagues and pupils this could be the job for you.
The role will include preparing equipment and materials, delivering and setting up rooms, ready for lessons to take place, and clearing away afterwards.
Training will be provided by the teaching team, and the Senior Technician who will work with you daily, in our recently refurbished modern laboratories.
A good academic background will be helpful, however good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to work as part of a team are essential.

About The Corbet School
Located in the village of Baschurch, Shropshire, The Corbet School is a co-educational secondary school. The school has around 700 pupils aged 11-16, making it noticeably smaller than the average secondary school of its type. Previously known as the Corbet School Technology College, it adopted its current name in 2011, following its conversion to academy status. Although the vast majority of teaching takes place on-site, the school does make some limited use of off-site provision, for pupils with particular educational needs.

The Corbet School is renowned for its outstanding attendance. Many of our pupils achieve 100% attendance throughout the academic year, this is celebrated at our end of year, whole school assembly.
