Job overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Trainer and Assessor and/or industry specialist with expertise in Business Administration, who is both practical and academic, with experience and ability to deliver training at Levels 2 and 3.
You will have the passion and expertise to enhance and expand the provision of employer responsive and apprenticeship provision. You will also have responsibility for a case load of learners and provide occupational training, assessment and reviews.
Along with excellent communication and presentation skills, a high degree of personal motivation and commitment are essential to the success of this post. You must therefore be an enthusiastic individual who has the ability and desire to motivate learners and provide a stimulating, demanding and rewarding learning experience. Experience and knowledge of delivery and assessing is essential.
The successful candidate will hold a professional TAQA or equivalent qualification and a subject degree. You will ideally have experience of delivering learning in the post-16 sector with a recognized teaching qualification.
Candidates will also have a good knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent.
