Macclesfield College is seeking an experienced trainer/assessor to work as a key member of Maxim Business Training Department to deliver high quality training and assessment in the workplace, primarily in Management and Marketing.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full apprenticeship and deliver the relevant Functional Skills, PLTS and where applicable technical certificate. The successful candidate will also take responsibility with the team for IQA of relevant qualifications whilst seeking new business opportunities and promote training to employers.

Annual leave
Academic staff are entitled to 40 days per annum (pro rata for part time staff) for the academic year 01 September to 31 August and this is in addition to the Bank and Public Holidays normally observed in England and Wales.
Business Support staff are entitled to 30 days per annum (pro rata for part time staff) for the academic year 01 September to 31 August and this is in addition to the Bank and Public Holidays normally observed in England and Wales.
College Management Team are entitled to 35 days per annum (pro rata for part time staff) for the academic year 01 September to 31 August and this is in addition to the Bank and Public Holidays normally observed in England and Wales.
The College is closed for 2 weeks during the student Christmas break during which time all staff are granted additional leave to be taken at this time.
