The Trafford College Group (TCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Trainer/Assessor to join the team to support our outstanding learners to achieve a successful career Hospitality.
The Job:
We’re looking for an experienced Trainer / Assessor from the Hospitality industry to delivery training and carry out assessments on a variety of Hospitality Programmes.
Recruit, interview and complete initial assessments of learners
Effectively co-ordinate the planning, delivery and deployment of innovative programmes of learning
Provide effective instruction, guidance and support to learners
Assess candidate’s performance against agreed standards
Co-ordinate internal verification process
Use OneFile electronic portfolio with all candidates
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential in this role.
About you:
You must have a relevant assessing qualification, verifier qualification and Level 2 numeracy and literacy. A teaching qualification would be desirable. You must also have a recognised industry qualification to Level 3 and occupational competency within the industry.
