We are currently looking for a Trainer/Assessor with a strong expertise in Leadership and Management. You will need a relevant assessing qualification and occupational history and competency to deliver management qualifications up to level 5. The assessor’s role is to provide development and support to learners in a range of management roles.

You must have a real passion for the sector; demonstrating your own skills, experience and knowledge within the programmes. You will have a desire to improve through delivering high quality development and support and motivate learners by being engaging and inspiring. You will be innovative in your approach and will constantly strive for improvements in the delivery of the programmes and the development of resources.

Applicants will have a good solid background in Management and be qualified to a minimum of a level 3 as well as either a D32/33,A1 or TAQA award.
It is essential that applicants hold a full driving licence, their own transport and be prepared to travel to a range of locations in the North West.

Salary: Starting salary £13,337 per annum (point 34) Band 5 Points 34 to 38 of the SFC Support Staff Pay Scale, incremental progression throughout the band is available
Hours per Week: 18.5
