THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO 31 JULY 2021

We are looking for an experienced Trainer Assessor to join the Motor Vehicle Team on a fixed term contract to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.  If you share our passion for innovation and success, there has never been a better time to work for Trafford College Group!

In this role you will carry out training and learner assessments for Apprentices within Motor Vehicle to ensure successful and timely achievement.

Key areas of responsibility include:-

 Recruiting, interviewing and completing initial assessments of learners

 Effectively co-ordinating the planning, delivery and deployment of innovative programmes of learning

 Provision of effective instruction, guidance and support to learners

 Assessing candidate’s performance against agreed standards

 Co-ordinating internal verification process, implementing and maintaining the College policies and procedures

 Use OneFile electronic portfolio with all candidates.

In order to be successful in this role you must have a relevant assessing qualification, verifier qualification and Level 2 numeracy and literacy.  A teaching qualification would be desirable.

You must have a recognised industry qualification to Level 3 and occupational competency within the industry.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential in this role.
