We are looking to recruit an innovative and creative person as a Trainer Assessor covering Plastering and Painting & Decorating. This is an exciting opportunity to work full time in the apprenticeships team and work alongside the construction department.

Working with apprenticeship standards, you will have the opportunity to contribute to programmes of study and apprenticeships within the construction department and develop unique student opportunities.

You will be required to lead on the innovation, development, implementation and organisation of designated apprenticeship programs within the Plastering and Painting and Decorating teams.

The successful candidate will be also be required to carry out workplace coaching and assessments, reviews and set action plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and deliver on professional qualifications at Levels 2. They will be capable of sharing their knowledge with our apprentices in an engaging and informative manner that demonstrates their passion for the subject.
