Trainer/English Teacher

Broccoli Pizza & Pasta is one of the fastest growing franchised food chains in the middle east, and is now expanding to the rest of the world. Broccoli Pizza & Pasta has grown to operate in over 5 countries in the world, including UK, UAE, KSA, Oman and Bahrain, with another 10 countries opening over the next 2 years. The company which specialises in fresh pizza and pasta served to each customer to their liking. Each member of staffs learning and growth is important tp the companies growth and to sustain this growth and ensure that all employees are performing to the highest standards we are looking to recruit a highly experienced teacher/trainer who would be able to guide and build staff performance, by addressing weaknesses, whilst teaching core company values.

1. Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
2. Identify/Assess training needs of each staff by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
3. Help motivate, guide, and train employees to maximize their abilities and capabilities
4. Build monthly/annual training program
5. Prepare effective teaching plans and learning materials, hand outs, instructional materials
6. Periodically evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of each training program
7. Coordinating with the managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
8. Support and mentor new employees
9. Keep attendance and other records
10. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
11. Monitor employee performance and response to training
12. Proactively work with the management to identify and resolve issues
13. Manage training budget effectively
14. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and Skills Requirements:

1. A fluent English speaker
2. BS degree in Education major in English or any other related courses
3. Certification/accreditation is a plus
4. Must be an experienced educator and/or corporate trainer of at least 3 years
5. Proficiency in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills (communication skills)
6. Proficiency in MS Office
7. Able to work in a flexible schedule
8. Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
9. High energy, enthusiastic and motivating training style
