We are looking for an experienced healthcare/care professional to assess learners on our Healthcare Support Worker and Adult Care Apprenticeships. The successful candidate will work closely with the tutor team to support apprentices throughout their programme. You will visit apprentices in the workplace to support and assess the development of skills in working with children and/or supporting teaching and learning in the classroom. A core element of the role is coaching apprentices to learn from experience and improve performance whilst forming strong relationships with employers.

Successful applicants will have a level 3 or above qualification in the relevant vocational area and will ideally have an Assessor’s Award and/or experience of supporting others through training. They will also have a passion for supporting others to develop their confidence and practice. A full clean driving licence and your own transport is essential.
