An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Truro & Penwith College working as a Training Adviser with responsibility for coaching and assessing AAT learners. The role will involve working with local accountancy businesses to progress learners and identify new learners onto apprenticeship programmes. The role will support the apprentices through their training programme and identify progression opportunities while working with local businesses to provide their wider training needs.  Access to or use of transport is required.  You will need to have a very professional manner, be able to support apprentices through their programme and be able to work with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions. Knowledge of professional working environments, industry and an awareness of the local area would be an advantage. Hours of work will be flexible to the needs of apprentices and employers.
