Truro & Penwith College is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to lead the design, coordination, and evaluation of high-quality professional development programmes for both academic and support staff.
This is a pivotal role within our Human Resources team, where you’ll work with senior leaders and colleagues across the College to identify training needs, manage our annual training plan, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
You’ll support leadership and management development, coordinate induction programmes, and maintain robust records of staff CPD and training compliance. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in learning and development, ideally within education, as well as strong organisations an communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and confidence in using digital tools and systems.
A relevant Level 3 qualification in HR, education, or training is essential. A CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
