Calderdale College is looking to recruit an exceptional, appropriately qualified and experienced individual to work in an outstanding Apprenticeship team as a Training Officer to Apprentices in Brick to deliver Apprenticeship Standards, complete Apprentices on Frameworks, and achieve high standards in performance including challenging Achievement rates across the sector area. There is an expectation that in this role that you will play a key role, especially in developing & supporting the delivery of Brickwork Apprenticeships. As a Training Officer you will be involved in all aspects of the Apprenticeship including ensuring quality assurance and high standards in practice. All Training Officers are expected to contribute to the growth and development of the provision. The individual appointed will be high performing and focused individual with the ambition and drive to deliver and achieve these challenging expectations and targets.


The main purpose of the role is to work with key stakeholders & employers to develop & deliver Apprenticeship Standard and to ensure the growth of the Brickwork Apprenticeship provision and to ensure their achievement. 

The role requires an exceptional, well qualified individual who can demonstrate outstanding success in their current. The role requires an individual who is motivated and has the drive and determination to achieve success in the role.
