Trust Data Analyst

Full-time 36 hours per week - 52 weeks. 

Salary: NJC PO4 - pt range 35-38 (£40,868 - £43,855) dependent on experience.

27 days annual leave (+ 8 days statutory)  Start date negotiable.

We are a dynamic growing Multi Academy Trust and are looking for an experienced data analyst to work alongside the schools within the trust. 

You will based at Grey Court School, a dynamic mixed 11-18 outstanding, oversubscribed comprehensive academy.  With a successful sixth form, Grey Court serves a diverse community in an exceptional environment.  The school is situated on an outstanding 20-acre site between Richmond Park and the River Thames.

For the Role

You should be an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic school data analyst. The successful person will be a pivotal figure within the trust, providing accurate data and up-to-the minute interpretation of pupil information. The successful applicant will be working to and alongside the leadership team to provide strategic and effective development of pupil data and reporting systems. The data manager will work with all staff at all levels and the governing body. They will be seen as the ‘go to’ for target-setting and an indicator for interventions to increase attainment. The successful candidate will be able to convey data effectively to the whole school community.
