Job overview
Bohunt Education Trust is a fast growing and dynamic multi-academy trust of seven secondary schools in the south of England.
We are looking to appoint a Trust Director who will work across our rapidly growing Trust to develop the teaching and leadership of Science.
The successful candidate will be innovative, creative and an outstanding practitioner. This post is an excellent opportunity for a Science Specialist who wants to extend their experience beyond that of a Head of Department or Head of Faculty. If you have been an Advanced Skills Teacher, outstanding Head of Department or held a position of responsibility in Science teaching, this post would enable you to maintain close links with classroom practice whilst developing your own leadership potential.
We offer you:
• Potential for personal and professional development
• Cycle to work scheme, Retail and other discounts
• Open and forward-thinking working environment
The role would entail 0.6 of your time based (and teaching) one of our schools and 0.4 of your time working across the Trust.
For an informal discussion about the role please call Phil Avery, Director of Education, on 01428 724324.
Interviews are likely to be 26 or 27 September 2019.
Bohunt Education Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people and requires all staff and volunteers to share and demonstrate this commitment
