We are seeking to appoint a reliable, conscientious and responsible Estates and Facilities Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team. There is potential for development and progression into supervisor and manager positions via a series of relevant Apprenticeship training packages.

You will be part of a team who are responsible for building maintenance, keeping the site clean, tidy and litter free. In addition, duties include key holding and security of the school premises and grounds.

Most of our sites work on a two-shift basis on alternate weeks, 6.30am – 3.00pm or 10.00am – 6.30pm. It is essential that applicants can be flexible with this, on occasions to meet the needs of the individual schools. There are commonly overtime opportunities for school events like parent’s evenings or school productions.

We can consider allowing some holiday entitlement to be taken in school term time and some in school holidays by arrangement.
