Polaris Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced Estates Manager to become part of our central team, based at our Trust offices, currently located at Rastrick High School.
We are a successful Trust with a family of 1 secondary school, 4 primary schools and 1 Private Day Care Nursery in our care.

As Trust Estates Manager, you will be a key member of the central services team, leading and delivering the Trust Estates Services and Facilities strategy.
Reporting to the CFO, working closely with the wider executive team, Heads of School and school based Site Managers you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of strong estate management routines and robust Health and Safety processes across multiple sites.
You will support the executive leadership team, guiding them on estate and asset management issues; offering expert advice on improving, implementing, and driving the Trust’s strategic goals.
To succeed in this fast-paced and exciting role, you will need extensive estates management experience, knowledge and experience of capital build programmes, as well as a strong understanding of finance and procurement. You will be a confident and articulate communicator, with strong IT skills and be experienced in utilising and implementing compliance software, systems and procedures.
You will ensure that the Trust’s estate provides an excellent environment to benefit all schools, their pupils and all our employees.
