Job overview

HR Administrator

Creating Tomorrow Multi-Academy Trust are a growing Trust supporting schools who believe that children can achieve irrespective of their learning needs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual to be part of our administration team based at Isebrook College. As the first point of contact for staff with HR queries in our schools, you will have high levels of interpersonal skills and exceptional professionalism as you will be responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information relating to individuals.  Other general duties to support the smooth running of the office may include such tasks as photocopying, filing, opening and distributing mail.

Experience of undertaking recruitment and personnel administration is desirable although not necessary as full training will be given. However, you will join us being able to demonstrate successful experience of inputting and processing information across a number of IT programmes to enable you to take responsibility for managing our staff data, supporting the Company Secretary and the Trust Leadership Team in producing reports as required.

In return for your commitment to being a positive and friendly face for the staff in our Trust, we can offer you a modern working environment, a team of supportive colleagues and the opportunity for professional development along with great staff perks. The flexibility to work across multiple sites as occasionally required to meet the needs of the Trust is an advantage.

If you have an unwavering commitment to safeguarding young people, high levels of personal resilience and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same, then we want to hear from you.

Closes: Friday 1st November 2019 @12.00 noon.

Interview: Tuesday 12th November 2019.

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.  To arrange a visit or have an informal conversation in relation to the post, please contact Ellie Edwards on 01536 500030 or email recruitment@creatingtomorrowmat.co.uk
