Job overview

As our Trust grows, we're seeking a standout Trust Primary School Improvement Lead. This role focuses on enhancing teaching and learning across the Trust and developing our PGCE training program with Warwick University.


The successful candidate will team up with the Leader of Primary Education and Headteachers to provide inspiring education for all. We aim to help every child excel and offer high-quality professional development for teachers.


This is a great opportunity for a leader experienced in teaching and learning, teacher training, and curriculum development. You'll make a big impact across multiple schools in our innovative Trust, with plenty of support for your professional development.
