Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a School Improvement Lead for the Education Partnership Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic leader to join our diverse and growing Trust that is fully committed to transforming education.

In line with our steady growth, we are increasing our school improvement capacity by creating this new position to continue to raise standards across our schools.

The successful candidate will be ambitious for young people to secure the best possible outcomes and be highly motivated to work across a diverse range of schools and settings. This will be realised through a relentless focus on what is required to continue to improve all aspects of our work so that we deliver an exceptional standard of education for every pupil.

One of the most important qualities required for this role is to be an educational researcher, committed to becoming an expert across a wide range of subjects and settings to be able to support and develop staff at all levels to implement the required changes. You will be a hardworking, solution focused leader that has successfully led whole school improvement. You will be fully supported by the Director of Education to apply your skills and knowledge when working across multiple schools.

You will work closely with Trust and school leaders to undertake self-evaluation and quality assurance processes in our secondary, special, and alternative provision schools. A deep understanding of the Educational Inspection Framework is essential along with a commitment to always working in the best interests of our schools and the communities they serve.

If you believe that you can demonstrate these attributes, then we want to hear from you and look forward to receiving your application.

We warmly welcome an informal visit or a conversation prior to application, please contact Helen Appleby to arrange - happleby@ept-uk.com
