If you have excellent administrative skills and experience of using computerised systems, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role and develop your skills and experience supporting the smooth running of student services for all sixth form colleges within the New Collaborative Learning Trust (NCLT).

NCLT currently comprises of New College Pontefract, New College Doncaster, New College Bradford and Wingfield Academy. Our customer-focused Student Services team, which you will be a part of, is crucial to supporting all colleges within the Trust.  

In this role, you will provide information and guidance to students, potential students and parents about our colleges, in person and also via email and telephone, and also contribute to the student application process, supporting the organisation and administration of student events such as induction days. You will also maintain student records and be responsible for filing and producing reports when required.

Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills are essential for this varied role, as is a flexible approach to work. If you have good IT skills, attention to detail, the ability to plan and prioritise to deadlines and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature, we would be delighted to hear from you.
