Guildford College Group is seeking to appoint a Tutor in English to organise and deliver Functional Skills and or GCSE to students on a range of Vocational courses within subject areas delivered at Merrist Wood College.
 
This includes the development of the learning experience, its delivery, its assessment and the progress of students on the course, and it will normally comprise the following:

Guildford College Group is the largest Further and Higher Education College in the area with campuses in Guildford, Farnham and Merrist Wood. Merrist wood is the only land based college in Surrey and boasts a 400-acre estate with woodlands, wetlands, livestock, gardens and grasslands.

This is a permanent, part time position for 22.5 hours per week (0.625 FTE) based at our Merrist Wood campus.  Actual salary is GBP 14,716 - GBP 22,220 per annum.

Guildford College is the largest further and higher education college in Surrey. Merrist Wood Campus is located three miles from Guildford town centre in Worplesdon and dates back as early as 1318.
