The English International School of Padova seeks to employ a University Advisor & CAS Co-Ordinator for our High school.  We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who will work with our students and provide  high quality guidance and support as they prepare for University.  The role also includes the co-ordination of our CAS (Creativity, Activity and Service) programme, a key element of our IB Diploma programme.

We are looking for: 

  • A flexible, adaptable and committed team player who would like to contribute positively to the further development of our High School
  • To work collaboratively with our students and their families on developing their university ambitions and career aspirations
  • To monitor individual student progress throughout the university application process and to appropriately support and intervene when necessary
  • To lead and co-ordinate our CAS programme, ensuring all students in Yr11 & Yr12 have access to a high quality CAS experience
  • To monitor and review student progress as students undertake their CAS journey - Guiding them to ensure they have a rich and productive experience
