Role Purpose
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our school. We welcome applications from strong practitioners across all subjects, and would be particularly interested in candidates with a passion for STEM, who can inspire curiosity, rigour and a love of learning in mathematics and science.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for an Upper Key Stage 2 class, delivering a broad and engaging curriculum in line with the English National Curriculum. There will also be opportunities to contribute to the development of STEM across the Prep, including curriculum design and enrichment.
Key Responsibilities

Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
Has strong subject knowledge, particularly in mathematics, science and or computing
Creates a calm, purposeful and engaging learning environment
Is committed to developing the whole child, both academically and personally
Works collaboratively and contributes positively to staff culture
Is organised, proactive and willing to go above and beyond for pupils
Supports and upholds the ethos of the school
