The British School Manila, Philippines seeks a motivated Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team in August 2025.

Person Specification Key Stage 2:

• A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, or iPGCE) and a degree from a reputable institution.
• Proven experience as a Key Stage 2 Class Teacher, ideally with Year 4, 5, or 6 students.
• High expectations for student learning, well-being, and holistic development.
• A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices, including high-quality assessment and positive behaviour management.
• A forward-thinking and resilient mindset.
• A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
• Ability to build and nurture strong relationships within a diverse school community.
• Understanding and application of safeguarding and child protection practices.

BSM offers a generous salary to newly appointed teaching staff with a starting salary upwards of GBP50k pa, inclusive of superannuation, on an incremental salary scale with annual increases.
