Would you like to come and work at St Joseph’s, a small semi-rural Roman Catholic Primary School nestled in beautiful moorland surroundings above the mill town of Darwen in East Lancashire?

We are not going to bore you with our high expectations of outstanding teaching; dedication and enthusiasm, - consider that said! What we will tell you is we have amazing children, supportive parents, a growing team of hardworking staff and a desire to become an outstanding school that gives children the best start possible. We are proud of our Catholic tradition and the excellent links we have within our parish. We are looking to recruit an exceptional teacher to teach in Upper Key Stage 2. An interest in Science and Geography would be particularly welcome.
