Job overview

Are you an enthusiastic, talented and ambitious teacher?
Are you looking for a school where you can enjoy teaching, be inspired by children and colleagues and develop your career?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly motivated, enthusiastic and supportive team in our Ofsted ‘outstanding’ and oversubscribed school. We are looking for a teacher who has strengths in and a passion for teaching in upper KS2; someone who sets high standards for themselves, but is also seeking a healthy work-life balance which we want all our staff to enjoy.

Our role would be suitable for either an NQT looking for an outstanding setting in which to start their professional journey; or a more experienced teacher who would like to develop their practice in a large and highly successful primary school where leadership development is particularly strong. Applicants should be committed, caring and able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice and be sympathetic to the ethos of a Church of England school.

Visits to the school for all posts are warmly welcomed. Please telephone the school for an appointment to view, further details of the post and an application form. Candidates may also download an application form from the school’s website.

Closing date for applications: Friday 29 March – noon

Please note that strong applications may result in the offer of interview before the closing date.

This post will be subject to enhanced DBS checks as our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all our children in our care.
