VARIABLE HOURS LECTURER PHYSIO

(2 hours per week, 36 weeks, Term Time Only)


We are looking for Variable Hours Lecturer – Physio helping to prepare 16 – 18 year old athletes both mentally and physically, tactically and technically, advising about players areas for improvements as well as identifying strengths towards their success.


A degree in Physiotherapy is essential and the ability to enthuse young minds and expand thought processes.


This position will be based at Rayners Lane.


Salary: £30.86 per hour

Main Duties


1. To assist students to set Individual Action Plans for recovery in both prehab and rehab status.


2. The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds is required.


3. Ability to educate and enthuse young minds and expand thought processes. 


4. Liaise with Head of Football on each player and keep register of attendances.


5. Contributes to a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures.


6. Ensure that all Academy players adhere to the academy Values and show a high level of respect and discipline.


7. Excellent communications skills, supervisory and management skills are required.


8. Excellent computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.


9. This position will be based at Rayners Lane.



The postholder can be required to work at any site on which the College may operate and to carry out any other duties consistent with the grade of the post.

If any of these duties are required, additional payment will be agreed at the time.
