  • Hospitality and Catering

  • Team Leading and Management
  • Retail
  • IT and Social Media 
  • Accounting 
  • Creative and Digital Design
  • Higher Level Apprenticeships (Professional Administration and Management at Levels 4 and 5)
  • Higher Level Apprenticeship (Care Management Level 5)

The successful candidates will be required to carry out Teaching, Learning and Assessment predominantly in the workplace, including setting SMART targeting on reviews and completing tutorials. The work based tutors will work with the learner to ensure all aspects of the Apprenticeship framework is achieved including functional skills to ensure timely success for the Learner. Successful applicants will be responsible for the whole learner journey including advice and guidance, the sign up process and employer liaison. This will also include direct liaison with delivery teams in College.

Applicants must have occupational competence in the relevant areas and hold the Assessors A1 Award (D32/D33) or TAQA Assessor Award with evidence of continuous professional development to meet current national standards.  An V1/Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification and Training/Teaching/Basic Skills qualifications would be an advantage, although not essential. Excellent communication skills and a professional outlook are essential. Flexibility to work additional hours when required and undertake substantial travel is also essential.
