It is a very exciting time for College - outcomes for learners has improved by 11% in the last three academic years and there are stretching targets to improve this further. There has been significant investment in the estate, which includes two new campuses and a number of industry specific centres of excellence, supported by a range of high profile employers. The college is in a strong position financially and has ambitious plans to continue to meet the needs of the local and regional economies. When taking decisions within the college, we consider the impact on learners and outcomes and we have active learner parliaments on every campus that enable us to be responsive to learner feedback. We also consult with staff on a regular basis to ensure that we are all working effectively, with learner success in mind.

You will be joining a dynamic strategic team and whilst the main focus of your role will be to lead the curriculum and associated quality, as you would expect in a post at this level, you will play a key role in the leadership and management of all of the college’s activities.

We are seeking an ambitious individual who is able to work effectively with colleagues across the college to create an environment for learners and staff of high performance focussed on success.
