We are seeking a Vice Principal who can:
Provide strong, strategic leadership that drives school improvement and supports the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
Contribute to shaping and implementing the school’s vision, values, and strategic direction in collaboration with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
Use data-driven approaches to monitor, track, and enhance student progress, attainment, and well-being.
Support and develop staff through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and effective professional development.
Ensure high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and pastoral care, promoting a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture.
Build effective partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community through clear, professional communication and strong relationship-building.
Lead and contribute to operational and organisational aspects of school life, ensuring smooth daily functioning and compliance with ADEK requirements.
Participate actively in school events, inspections, initiatives, and wider school development projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must:
Be a fluent English speaker.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, plus a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / BEd or equivalent).
Meet all ADEK qualification and licensing requirements, with fully attested certificates.
Have a minimum of 6–8 years of teaching experience, including significant leadership experience in a school setting.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and school improvement processes.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Show a clear commitment to safeguarding, staff development, and student wellbeing.
