Vice Principal Behaviour and Inclusion

We wish to appoint a highly motivated, energetic and dynamic Vice Principal to join our senior team. The Vice Principal will play a key role in the strategic leadership of behaviour, attitudes, inclusion and well-being of our students.

As a strategic, confident and successful senior leader who has a proven track record of impact in your current role, you will have a clear vision of creating a highly positive, vibrant and inspiring academy culture, have previous experience in strategic leadership of behaviour and standards and demonstrate an ability to strategically manage and support all aspects of inclusion and the needs of individual and groups of students who require bespoke support.

The successful candidate will take specific responsibility for:

• Setting and maintaining high standards and expectations for all students at all times
• Providing strategic leadership and direction for behaviour and attitudes to learning
• Development of systems to track and monitor behaviour across the academy
• Providing strategic leadership across all aspects of inclusivity, including SEND
• Strategic and operational development of school behaviour polices and systems
• The academy’s alternative provision
