Laisterdyke Leadership Academy is a partnership between pupils, staff, parents and our wider stakeholder community. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. 

You will:  

• be an excellent manager with a strong leadership background
• have experience of consistently delivering high standards of achievement
• have experience of improving outcomes in a secondary school setting
• have excellent motivational and communication skills to lead teams successfully 
• have experience of developing an exciting curriculum that suits every type of learner
