We are thrilled to present the opportunity for a passionate, experienced individual to join Ormiston Horizon Academy's leadership team in the role of Vice Principal.

The Vice Principal for Culture and Inclusion will lead on core areas within the Academy including safeguarding, culture and behaviour. They will work closely with Academy leadership, including the Principal, Vice Principal - Quality of Education, Pastoral Leaders and the Academy's SENDCo.

We are seeking an individual who embodies OHA's values of Resilience, Respect and Responsibility. A person who can act as an effective leader and role model, capable of building strong relationships across the community including students, employees, parents/carers and our colleagues within Ormiston Academies Trust.
