What are we looking for:

The outstanding Carmel College, is looking for an exceptional Vice Principal to help lead us on our continued journey in delivering an outstanding post 16 education to young people from across the Liverpool City Region and Archdiocese of Liverpool.

We want to hear from outstanding leaders who have proven success within a school and college leadership role

You will be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with the natural ability to inspire and motivate both students and peers.

As an exceptional teacher and leader, you will make a significant contribution to the success and leadership of our college, working closely with the Principal and College Management Team to ensure Carmel College maintains it mission as a centre of educational excellence, opportunity, challenge and support within a caring Christian environment.

The role of this Vice Principal post does require a practising Catholic who can show by example and from experience that they will work with the College Principal to ensure that the College is distinctively Catholic in all its aspects.
