The Hart School is a popular and oversubscribed 11-18 school serving families in and around the Rugeley area of Staffordshire. We are seeking an ambitious and committed Vice Principal for Curriculum & Standards to join our ambitious and highly collaborative Senior Leadership Team to contribute to strategic planning and development, manage whole school initiatives and ensure high expectations and standards are maintained throughout the School to create the best possible environment for teachers to teach and students to learn.

Our senior leaders participate in Trust-wide and National CPD to ensure that we remain at the forefront of best practice and our Vice Principals have extensive opportunities to contribute to school improvement across the Trust.

About The Hart School

The Hart School is an 11-18, non-selective, oversubscribed school from September 2021 located in Rugeley, Staffordshire. We currently have 1195 students on roll including a growing sixth form of 150 students.

We are part of the growing Creative Education Trust and work closely with a family of schools to raise standards and to enable students to achieve their potential, thereby ensuring students are given the educational opportunity of a lifetime.
