Salary: Leadership Pay Scale L22 £75,520 - L26 £83,166

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time

The Gateway Academy is part of the Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership of one secondary academy and four primary academies located within Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary in the borough of Thurrock, to the east of London. At the Gateway Academy, we are looking to appoint a Vice Principal to help on our journey to Outstanding who can do just that. With a strong focus on educating the whole child, we not only offer an engaging and inspiring curriculum, we also develop key skills to equip our pupils for life. If you are committed and passionate about achieving high standards for all groups of learners, we would love to hear from you. 

The successful candidate will be passionate about education for all students regardless of background and will, above all, be an inspirational practitioner. You will be first and foremost an excellent teacher who can engage and inspire his or her students with their passion for the subject, happy to model lessons for colleagues and someone who is keen to pass on their skills and knowledge is a must.
