Vice-Principal – Hospitality & Adult Pathways (South Campuses)
Salary: £80,000 per annum plus PRP
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent  
Location: Victoria Centre 

As a strategic and operational leader with the vision to manage and develop WKC’s offer for hospitality and adult students you will provide pathways to and within employment. As the strategic lead for WKC’s Hospitality and Adult Programmes at our Victoria and Soho centres, developing and consolidating an offer for employers and adult students utilising both directly managed and commissioned resources whilst  improving teaching and learning by taking the provision to an outstanding level.

Both positions will deputise for the College Principal establishing and promoting effective partnerships with communities, local authorities, agencies, Job Centre-Plus and community/voluntary organisations and other agencies to support the needs our students.
