Firstly, thank you for your interest in becoming part of ATAM Academy. This is a very exciting and unique opportunity in working a growing faith school; developing policy and procedures and putting these into operation so that we become an Academy to be proud of.
As our school grows each year we continue to build a team of committed teaching professionals. As such, we are looking for new member of our Senior Leadership Team to join an exciting expanding school that works with a fabulous community of learners, parents and stakeholders.
ATAM Academy is part of the Khalsa Academies Trust and is our first “all-through” school. KAT is a Multi Academy Trust with 1 other secondary school based in Wolverhampton.
We are seeking an inspirational and motivated Vice Principal with the drive, commitment and creativity to support us in providing the best possible opportunities for our students.
The successful candidate will play a major role under the overall direction of the Principal who will be empowered to improve policy, process and practice in the delivery of Primary education, whilst leading inclusion throughout primary and secondary phases. We are looking for someone who has a proven ability in strategic thinking, ensuring the academy continues to provide high quality education for all our children in a caring, inclusive environment.
This post will enhance the Senior Leadership Team of the academy and will take a lead role in all aspects of school improvement related to Primary and inclusion. Within your application you should state clearly why you are the ideal candidate for this role stating examples of where you have had significant impact on academic standards and evidence how you meet the person specification. The Job Description and Person Specification are attached with this advertisement.
