As of September 2019, we have a rare senior leadership opportunity within an outstanding school, where there is a strong academic ethos, high expectations which is ranked in the top 5% nationally for progress 8.

The Trust is seeking to appoint a highly effective senior leader to join us as the Vice Principal of Rushey Mead Academy.  The successful candidate will play a huge part in leading and evolving inclusion and behaviour to ensure it contributes to the success of the school as an outstanding provider of education.

Our successful candidate will be a highly motivated leader and have high expectations with a drive and commitment to ensure excellence for all; regardless of students starting points and backgrounds.  

We are looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate strategic leadership with a proven track record of school improvement and change management.  You will be joining a supportive, committed and passionate team who work incredibly hard to ensure that all of our students achieve their very best.
