The Role:

Harrow International School, New York is delighted to welcome applications for the post of Vice Principal. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced leader to work with the Founding Principal in providing strategic leadership to shape a world-leading school from its launch. The Vice Principal will be a key strategic adviser to the Founding Principal in developing every aspect of the school from its foundation and will, in due course, be responsible for the day-to-day running of the school. This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader with considerable experience of working at senior level in a high-performing educational environment to play a critical role in building an ambitious, aspirational, and student-centred whole-school ethos. Candidates will need to demonstrate current or previous experience of educational leadership in a US school setting, and experience of working in a legacy boarding school environment is highly desirable.
