We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, motivational and ambitious Vice Principal with a strong proven track record at senior leadership level and in the areas of responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational and creative leader to play a crucial role in the Academy, which was judged GOOD by OFSTED in February 2019. You will have excellent inter-personal skills and be highly effective in promoting and securing the very best for all. You will be outward facing and will continue to develop the excellent links that already exist across your areas of responsibility and be adept at securing further opportunities to benefit both our pupils and staff.
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates unconditional positive regard for young people and who has the highest expectations of themselves and others. You will be joining a team of highly skilled and committed professionals who are relentless in the pursuit of excellence to provide the best possible education for our pupils. Inspectors noted ‘Pupils behaviour is good. They are courteous, happy and confident,’ and described our SMSC offer as a ‘Strength of the school, enabling pupils to feel confident and safe to be who they want to be.’
