We are looking for an inspirational, passionate practitioner to join our leadership team who can continue to support us in creating an outstanding curriculum that supports our pupils to attain the knowledge they need to succeed in later life.

The role is an exciting one as we look to build on our Good OFSTED judgement and ensure our curriculum is ambitious and allows children to flourish academically, socially and personally.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupils' progress;
  • has a commitment to enable children to reach their full potential and be committed to educating the 'whole child'
  • understands how to evaluate, sustain and improve the curriculum in the full range of primary subjects.
  • is knowledgeable on how to integrate personal development within the curriculum
  • able to lead teams successfully
