The role of the Vice Principal (Quality of Education) is critical to the growth, development and success of pupils at South Molton Community College.

In this role, you will have a high profile and drive educational standards at the College leading to outstanding outcomes for all cohorts of students. You will be a strategic leader, establish a scholarly culture and grow the quality of education through a first-class education offer for students. 

The Vice Principal will lead, motivate and inspire students, staff, and parents, to ensure every student has ambition and aspiration to gain the knowledge and qualifications necessary to succeed in life.

The curriculum will be designed to provide children with the core knowledge they need for success in education and later life, to maximize their cognitive development, to develop the whole person and the talents of the individual and to allow all children to become active and economically self-sufficient members of our fantastic community.
